  Did you know that February was declared National Bird-Feeding month by Congress in 1994? Since winter is the most challenging time for birds, we have tried to make our backyard a bird friendly environment. You can participate and receive a special rate on weekdays during January and February. Bring a bag of bird seed, a feeder, a birdhouse or other bird related treat and receive a room for $95 per night or the Rose Suite for $125 per night. This offer is valid Sunday thru Thursday excluding holidays and cannot be combined with any other discount. You must mention offer when placing reservation.
  
  



•  Memorial Day BBQ & More
  
  Our most popular package in the past is being offered again in 2010! Join us Memorial Day Weekend for a three night all inclusive package. Arrive on Friday, May 28th for a reception from 4:00 to 6:00 pm where you can meet the other guests and enjoy some refreshments. You are on your own for dinner that night, however, we are happy to help you with suggestions and reservations. Saturday morning you will awaken to a full breakfast served in the dining room. Feel free to shop and sightsee all day. That evening we will all meet at an Old Order Amish farm for a traditional PA Dutch Meal. Sunday morning after breakfast, you can go antiquing, visit museums or shop a little more. You will also receive a book of Lancaster County Covered Bridges and a Lovelace Manor insulated cooler packed with snacks to enjoy during your sightseeing adventure. Sunday afternoon we will be preparing a Southern Style BBQ with all of the fixings. Michael and Lark were founding members of a Championship BBQ Team when they lived in Nashville and traveled throughout the country competing in contests. They've brought some of those Award Winning secrets to Pennsylvania. Spend the evening relaxing, exploring or however you like. One more breakfast Monday morning!   How about a relaxing massage during your stay? We have several therapists on call to offer massages in the privacy of your own guest room. We recommend you make your arrangements in advance in order to assure that a therapist can work within your schedule. The cost is $70 for a one hour massage. Please note that the Rose Suite and the Lucasta room work best for in-room massages.

  Welcome Quilters! We're so happy to have the American Quilter's Society convention here in March 2010. We are located just 3 1/4 miles from the Convention Center. Stay with us any three nights between March 24th and March 28th and receive a 25% discount. Two night stays receive a 10% discount. Book early!
